Opening Multiple Files in Microsoft Office

This is incredibly simple. Just hit FileàOpen and select the files you want to open, and hit Open.

Now you've opened them all, and want to close them all at once? Hold the Shift key and hit File from the menu. You've got an additional option now: Close All (note Save All, too!).
