Data is Entered at 10 Percent its Value in Microsoft Excel

When you enter data into Excel and it becomes a fraction of the value you entered, you've likely changed a setting.

For instance, you enter 10 and get .10 or you enter 1000 and you get 1.

Go to ToolsàOptions, Edit tab, and uncheck the Fixed Decimal checkbox.
